Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation.

On May 3, 2018, at around 14:36, the Defendant advertised “C”, a smartphone dumping flag for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s world, stating his body, gypology, time, and price, which read “C” to “I 163-68 1:10% and 10% of the 163-68 1:10% of the 10, and if you look at the Magu Mag-gu Macro, Magu Macro, and Magu Mac, if you want to do so, the Defendant advertised to suggest commercial sex acts.”
