Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the police officer, who belongs to the said patrol zone B, takes the Defendant’s arms to the following behind the defect D in order to transport the Defendant to the police station due to the drinking value; and (b) assaulted the victim’s knee to walk, walking the kne, walking the kne part; and (c) wheeling the kne to the seat with his hand, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to criminal investigation.
