Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public use places for sexual purposes) entered a female toilet on April 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) recognized that the said place was a female toilet in Suwon-si C, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) entered the said toilet to take a female toilet in order to capture a female, who is viewed as a female toilet using the mobile phone’s camera function; and (c) included the said mobile phone in a lower part of the bar.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on women's toilets used by the public for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use and photographing of Cameras, etc.) Defendant sought to photograph the appearance of the victim D (the 31 year old, 31 year old, 1 year old) who is in the side side column by using the phone functions of the 7 mobile phones of the Defendant, but the victim did not take the image of the victim on the wind to discover the aforementioned mobile phone when the victim saws and sits with the change.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to take photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera or other similar mechanism, but did not commit such intent.
