A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:30 on April 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) cited a knife knife (19cm in knife length) which is a deadly weapon in the state of alcohol, and requested the victim E (21 years old), who is an employee, to change tobacco and knife five times with a knife with a knife, while failing to comply with the request, the Defendant issued one knife of tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,500 and one knife equivalent to KRW 400,00 from the victim of drinking, with a view to causing any danger and injury.
