1. 2. On January 28, 2014, at around 06:42, the Defendant brought the HIV2.5S Q wire 2 at the market price equivalent to KRW 70,000, which was the victim’s possession, located in the display stand, in front of G operated by the said victim, who had been located in the display stand.
3. On January 30, 2014, at around 06:46, the Defendant brought up one roll of HIV4S Q cable equivalent to KRW 150,00 in the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the display stand at the same place as that of paragraph (1).

On January 31, 2014, at around 06:26, the Defendant taken out 150,000 HIV4S Q cable 2 rolls equivalent to 150,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located in the display stand at the same place as that of paragraph (1). On the same day, around 06:41, the Defendant taken out 1 rolls of HIV4S Q cable equivalent to 150,00, the market price of the victim’s ownership located in the display stand at the same place as that of paragraph (1).
5. On February 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 07:47, at the same place as that of paragraph (1), owned by the victim at the display stand, and (b) HIV4S Q cable equivalent to KRW 150,00,00.
