A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim B (n, 24 years of age) and a person of annual experience.

1. Around 02:00 on July 4, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by following methods: (a) drinking the victim’s daily behaviors and alcohol before Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) drinking the victim; and (c) making the victim’s horses, i.e., “the dead and dead,” and her horses, doing so; and (d) cutting down the victim’s neck by hand; and (c) cutting down the victim’s tightly.
