1. Defendant Lao Co., Ltd. is the Plaintiff.

(a) An indication of Attached Form 5 3 drawings 1, among the nine floors of the real estate listed in the Attached List 1 list;

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff, the owner of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) concluded a lease agreement with the Defendants as follows, and delivered the pertinent leased object to the Defendants.

1) On March 16, 2016, the date of the agreement entered into with the Defendant Oralle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Defendant Oralle"), the leased object: the leased object of the instant real estate: The lease deposit with the portion (D) of 58.64 square meters in the ship connected in sequence to each of the items in attached Form 53 Map 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1: 23,39,000 square meters: the monthly rent of KRW 1,160,50; the monthly rent of KRW 788,70 (total month 1,949,200; the end of each month): the lease period of KRW 78,700 (total month 1,949,200; the end of each month): from March 16 to December 31, 2016) the Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd. shall be deemed to be “Defendant Chalk’s (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”).

() On July 8, 2015, the date of the agreement: The object of lease at issue on July 10, 2015: Of the real estate 10 floors in this case, the lease deposit with the area (ma) of 103.50§³ 41,30,000 square meters connected in sequence with each point of (e) Annex 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10: 2,049,300 square meters: 1,391,50 won (the sum of 3,40,800 won per month): the lease period of 1,391,500 won per annum from August 10 to December 31, 2016.

In each of the above lease agreements, if the lessee fails to pay the rent and management expenses more than twice, the lessor may terminate the lease contract, and if the lessee delays monthly rent and management expenses, he/she agreed to pay the overdue interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the time of delay to the date of payment.

C. However, Defendant Guide paid only a part of the monthly rent and management expenses on April 2016, and did not pay monthly rent and management expenses thereafter, and Defendant Chman did not pay monthly rent and management expenses from May 2016.

On August 10, 2016, the Plaintiff notified the Defendants of the termination of the lease agreement on the grounds of the leased body of the Defendants.

E. As of February 28, 2017, unpaid rents and management fees, including late payment charges, as of February 28, 2017, shall be 20,934,530 won in the case of Defendant Lao.
