1. Defendant Lao Co., Ltd. is the Plaintiff.

(a) An indication of Attached Form 5 3 drawings 1, among the nine floors of the real estate listed in the Attached List 1 list;

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff, the owner of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) concluded a lease agreement with the Defendants as follows, and delivered the pertinent leased object to the Defendants.

1) On March 16, 2016, the date of the agreement entered into with the Defendant Oralle Co., Ltd. E. As of February 28, 2017, unpaid rents and management fees, including late payment charges, as of February 28, 2017, shall be 20,934,530 won in the case of Defendant Lao.
