A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of fine of one million won from the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch on July 19, 2013, and a summary order of fine of two million won from the same court on July 30, 2014.

On March 26, 2019, at around 18:58, the Defendant driven a F rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.198% under the influence of alcohol on the 3km section from the front of the restaurant, “C” to the 19:15 day from the day before the restaurant, “E”, and “E” to the front road.
