A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who conducts real estate sales agency business.

1. On November 12, 2010, the Defendant purchased a “multi-family house D in Yongsan-gu in Ansan-si” from C in the amount of KRW 520,000,000,000, and made a title trust to E with the purchaser. On November 19, 2010, the Defendant filed an application for a registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of Suwon District Court in the name of Dongwon-gu in Ansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of E on the said real estate.

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the ownership transfer under the name of the title trustee.

2. Around March 11, 2011, the Defendant purchased “Seoul-si G multi-family house in Ansan-si” from F for KRW 560 million, and made a title trust with the purchaser H. On March 23, 201, the Defendant filed an application for registration of the title transfer under the name of Suwon District Court located in Ansan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, and the registration of the title transfer with respect to the said real estate under the name of Suwon District Court E, which was registered around March 23, 201.

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the ownership transfer under the name of the title trustee.

3. Around June 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) made an exchange transaction with, and made a title trust with, the “J forest in Ansan-si, the member G multi-family house in Ansan-si” and “D multi-family house in Ansan-si; and (b) applied for registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of E on June 13, 201, where the purchaser is E; and (c) on June 13, 201, the head of Suwon-gu, the head of Suwon-gu, the head of the competent district court located in Ansan-si, the head of the competent Si, the head of the competent district court, the head of

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the ownership transfer under the name of the title trustee.
