1. The Defendants are the Suwon District Court's Sung-nam Branch with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

According to the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the plaintiff was a 953/92 share owner among the 992 square meters of land before Gwangju City I. The plaintiff was a debtor, mortgagee, J-mortgage, the maximum debt amount of 300,000,000 won (hereinafter "the establishment registration of a mortgage of this case") with respect to the plaintiff's share in the above land as of July 4, 201, the debtor, mortgagee J-nam Branch Office of Sung-nam Branch of the Suwon Branch of the Seoul Branch of the District Court. The plaintiff was a 92 square meters of land before Gwangju City was divided into each real estate listed in the separate sheet from August 8, 201 to March 15, 2012. The facts that J died on February 5, 2013, the defendants were the heir of J, and the registration of the establishment of a mortgage of this case did not exist between the parties under dispute. Thus, the registration of the establishment of a mortgage of this case is null and void.

The plaintiff's claim of this case against the defendants is accepted on the grounds of the reasons.
