The defendant received on July 1, 1985 the Jeonju District Court No. 5326 on the real estate stated in the attached list from the plaintiff.

1. On September 1, 1986, the Plaintiff for the indication of the claim completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the real estate stated in the separate sheet.

On July 1, 1985, the Defendant: (a) filed a registration of creation of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “right to collateral security”) with the Jeonju District Court No. 5326, Jul. 1, 1985 as to the real estate stated in the [Attachment List C”; and (b) completed the registration of establishment of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “right to collateral security”) with the maximum amount of the claim amount of KRW 2,00,000,000; (c) the Defendant
