1. The defendant shall accept on August 7, 1975 the Suwon District Court's Sung-si registry office with respect to the size of 4,790 square meters prior to C in Sungsung-si.

The Defendant, on August 7, 1975, completed the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage with the maximum debt amount of KRW 1.5 million with respect to the area of KRW 4790,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. However, on August 7, 1975, when 10 years have elapsed from August 7, 1975, the date of the establishment of the said right to collateral security, the Defendant is obliged to implement the registration procedure for cancellation of the said right to collateral security on the Plaintiff.
