Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a high school-friendly public offering C to the effect that “any person may create and sell a corporate passbook. It may receive KRW 800,000,000 from a month; (b) one head of a passbook may be divided into one half, and shall be divided; (c) requested a certified judicial scrivener with a certificate of personal seal impression, a certificate of personal seal impression, a certificate of resident registration, and a certified copy of resident registration to form a legal entity; and (d) opened an account in the name of the legal entity, and then the relevant means of access to C was established.

1) As above, the Defendant had no intent to establish and operate a company, or had no intent to hold a corporation by actually paying the capital, and had a means of access connected to the account opened. However, on February 2, 2018, the Defendant requested the establishment of a corporation by submitting a certificate of personal seal impression, seal impression, and resident registration in the name of the Defendant at the D' office located in the Dong-si District Court in Ansan-si on March 6, 2018. On March 6, 2018, the aforementioned D prepared an application for corporate registration as if the Defendant would establish a corporation “G” for the purpose of wholesale and retail in buildings E and F in Gyeonggi-do, and submitted a false application for corporate registration prepared as above to a public official in charge of under his name, who was aware of the fact, and requested the establishment of “GG” in the corporate register computer to be filed with the attorney-at-law in the name of the Defendant’s office located in the Sinsan-si Office in the name of the Sinsan-si on March 2018.

Accordingly, the above I shall be the defendant's Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-do at the Ansan-si's Ansan-si branch office located in Ansan-si around April 3, 2018.
