As to the crimes of "20 Highest 674", "20 Highest 958" and "2020 Highest 1248" in the judgment of the defendant, one year and three months shall be punished by imprisonment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[200 Highest 674]
1. A thief, around 10:40 on December 8, 2019, at the Busan Northern building parking lot, the Defendant: (a) discovered DNA EXE car owned by the victim C, where the door was not corrected; (b) opened a door; and (c) discovered a vehicle key in the driver’s seat by driving the vehicle into the vehicle into the vehicle; and (d) reduced the vehicle’s height, thereby cutting off the above EXE car and one credit card owned by the said victim in the vehicle at the market price of KRW 8 million from the above date to February 10, 202, and stolen the property owned by the victims in total of 12,06,000 won from the above date and time to February 10, 202 as shown in the list of crimes (1).
2. On December 46, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) while making a gas station in the F station located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, the Defendant had the employee, as if he had a legitimate authority to complete the new card under the name of C, such as Paragraph (1), and had the employee, make payment by presenting it to the victim as if he had a legitimate authority; and (b) from the above date to February 10, 202, the Defendant acquired and stolen oil equivalent to KRW 30,000 from the victim and used the stolen credit card; and (c) from the above date and time to February 10, 202, the Defendant acquired the same amount of money and used the stolen credit card by paying the total amount of KRW 521,510 by using another person’s credit card that was stolen over 22 times, such as the list of crimes (2)

1. On October 30, 2019, the Defendant discovered a J car in the “H” parking lot located in Kimhae-si G on October 30, 2019, and opened a door to the victim I who did not correct the door, and color the inside into the passenger car, but did not perform an attempted attempt due to the lack of money, valuables, etc. to steal.
2. On October 30, 2019, the Defendant considered the “L agency” road located in K at Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, around 03:10 on October 30, 2019, and considered that the door was not corrected as a result of the contact with the victim M-owned NF, which was parked therein.
