【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 13, 2013, at the D office located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju on April 14:30, 2013, the Defendant cut off the victim E (n, female, 46 years old) who was known to the Defendant, by means of hiding three credit cards, such as a credit card bank owned by the said victim, where the said victim was living in a locking place, and was living in a locking place.
