A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 2863"
1. Larceny;
A. On September 14, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) a victim D, who was a victim of CPC located adjacent to the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, set up a bank on his/her book; and (b) a wall owned by a victim and a wall that was located adjacent to the locking bank;
E A credit card of the National Bank in the name of E was stolen.
B. On October 16, 2016, around 06:09, at the Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and the 1st floor “GPC room” depot, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s possession, one of which is the victim’s credit card that the victim H put on a string seat on a stringr; and (b) committed a theft by having one of the unclaimed landets in the market price, where the victim H put on a stringr.
2. Around 03:00 on September 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the laws related to fraud and credit finance business: (a) presented and settled a stolen credit card as referred to in the above paragraph 1(a) at “J convenience store” located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as if the lawful holder is; and (b) made payment from the employees of the above convenience store A of tobacco 1 with 4,500 won in the market price; (c) on the same day, around 03:04, the Defendant paid a 3,600 won amount in the same manner at a non-specified place; (d) paid a total of KRW 40,000 in KRW 50,000 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City using the same method at around 03:06,03:09; and (e) paid a total of KRW 100,000 in KRW 8,500 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City using the same method at around 03:12.

1. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of January 5, 2017, the market price consisting of 55,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 3 credit cards in the outside speculative money of the victim S, who is suffering from clothes in Q and the second floor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City on January 5, 2017.
