A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 4, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in support of the Sungnam-gu Friwon, and on October 9, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2,50,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on October 9, 2009. On November 18, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on November 18, 201. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year.

1. The Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions, such as the foregoing criminal records.

A. On February 24, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven B Poter truck under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.067% of alcohol leveling from approximately 50km section from the roads front of the Gandong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the roads front of the Gandong-gun, 372 Safety Sticking Line 372.

B. On June 28, 2016, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.062% in a section of about 100km from the 100km to the point at which 322 km of the Naol-si, Yongsan-do, Yongsan-do, Haan-do, is located in the jurisdiction of the Naol-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant was driving a Cone Star Co., Ltd without obtaining a driver’s license from the Sisi Food Parking Lot located in 1284, the Yongsan-do, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, to approximately 700 meters away from the Sisi Food Parking Lot to the two front roads of the valley of the above Young-dong, Dong-gun, Dong-gun, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).
