Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

C is the elected person of the E-special election of the chairman who was in office in Busan City D and was conducted on December 2, 2017 after his retirement from office on March 3, 2012. Defendant A is the representative of E, who held the above special election of the chairman, and Defendant B is the person who held the above special election of the chairman. Defendant B is the person F of E’s representative, who performed the above special election of the chairman.

1. No person shall provide money, valuables, entertainment, etc. to any member or his/her family member with an intention to have him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative or not to be elected;

피고인은 2017. 11. 17. 19:00경 부산시 G에 있는 H에서 식사를 하던 중 대의원 I과 그녀 일행들이 식사를 하고 있는 것을 발견하고 I에게 다가가 귓속말로 “C이 출마하는데 찍어달라, 밀어달라, 내가 계산하겠다, C이 사는 거다”라고 말하면서 I과 그녀 일행들의 시가 6만 원 상당의 모듬회 등 식사비를 대신 결제하여, C을 E의 이사장으로 당선되게 할 목적으로 대의원 I에게 향응을 제공하였다.

The Defendant, a representative of E and-friendly F, “The E representative is more than 100 persons, the J is the representative of the E, and the J asks for support C,” and was willing to appeal for support of C by promising to provide money and valuables to the J, upon his request.

From November 27, 2017 to 16:00, the Defendant stated, “A shall give 200,000 won if he/she affixs C” while asserting support from the L of Defendant’s operation in Busan city, between the 15:00 and the 16:00, to the representativesJ of the representatives, for the purpose of getting C to be elected as the president of E.
