Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle trade business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, on March 6, 2018, the Defendant posted an advertisement to sell used cars in SKK car, and reported that B visited the building of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around March 21, 2018, and then run the unregistered car trade business, such as arranging the sale of the DN vehicle to the said B.
