1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant M and C shall jointly and severally pay 5,000,000 won and the interest thereon from July 2, 2001 to the date of complete payment.

The plaintiff's indication of the claim shall be lent to the defendants as indicated below, and Jeju District Court 2004Gahap90 filed a lawsuit on May 13, 2004 and was sentenced to the judgment in favor of the plaintiff on May 13, 2004. Since the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time, the plaintiff claims the principal and interest of the above judgment against the defendants.
