A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court and two months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on March 17, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant of larceny: (a) around 01:00 on May 20, 2018, the victim E, who was drunk in front of the “D convenience store” located in the north-gu Northern Port C at the north-gu, North Korea on May 2018, while driving in the same manner as the one in which he knows, “hinging, I have the honor to do.

He shall make a drinking house in the same manner as he does.

“After having access, at around 01:10 on the same day, one credit card (credit card number : F) of our bank owned by the victim on the part of the victim who was on the back of the victim while taking a taxi to gather the victim along with the victim on the same day.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. On May 20, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) settled KRW 15,840,00,000, which was operated by a person who was not injured on the roads in front of the house of the above E located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam, and (b) presented the stolen E’s credit card as described in paragraph (1) and issued the said credit card to the said victim, while doing so as if he were using his credit card.

From that time until 11:45 of the same day, the Defendant settled the total amount of KRW 1,572,540 using E’s credit card which was stolen on a total of 19 occasions, such as written in the list of offenses.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims 19 times in total and exempted them from paying a total of KRW 1,572,540 from the victims, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the same amount, and using stolen credit cards.
