A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:05 on June 16, 2016, in front of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Seoul building, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim’s face at hand for the purpose of evading the arrest of the victim by drinking alcohol together with the victim D (n, 35 years of age) who became aware of his/her work in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City at the middle-gu main station; and (b) he/she refused the victim’s request to sell alcohol after drinking alcohol; (c) while the victim was being pushed, the victim was pushedly pushed with one another; (d) the cash 80,000 won, which the victim saw as his/her hand; and (e) the victim was able to take a dun, and (e) the victim’s face was able to escape arrest.

In the end, the Defendant assaulted the victim for the purpose of stealing the victim’s property and evading arrest.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. B. On June 16, 2016, around 02:07, the Defendant purchased drinking water equivalent to KRW 4,000 at the market price by deceiving a victim under his/her name-free card that he/she stolen, as if he/she was a legitimate holder of the same, and paid by the above card.
