1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. On January 1, 2013, at around 01:00, Defendant A stolen approximately KRW 150 liters via the same method as Paragraph 1 at the market price of KRW 2.50,000,000, which was parked in the H Nom of the Plaintiff’s H on the first and last day of 01:00, and around that time, from around that time to April 19, 2013, Defendant A stolen approximately KRW 150 literss via the same method as Paragraph 1, 250,00,000 won in the market price of the victim’s 5 tons of cargo vehicles owned by Defendant I. From that time, Defendant A stolen Nonindicted 1 through 6,8,9,10,10,13,14,15,17 through 23,25,26,28,28, and 23 times.

3. On February 12, 2013, from around February 15, 2013 to around the 15th day of the same month, Defendant A stolen a small pumps, which prepared 70 liters via the fuel tank of the said cargo vehicle, by discovering the 5 tons of the victim’s N5 tons of cargo vehicles parked at the L parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and by using the crebs without the victim.
