Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person engaged in active fish transportation business, Defendant B is a C fishery employee, and Defendants B conspired to steal the light language in a fish farm where management is neglected by using active fish vehicles.

1. At around 00:00 on January 14, 2013, Defendants: (a) set up Defendant A’s D5 metric tons in Seopo-si Epo-si; (b) set up the Plaintiff’s Hapo-si in Seopo-si G with one ton of f1 ton operating vehicles; (c) set up the Hapo-si in and near the water tank; (d) set up the Hapo-si in and near the water tank; and (e) deducted the water from the water tank, set up the Hapo-si; and (e) deducted the water from the water tank; (b) Defendant B, which is outside the water tank in and outside the water tank in sunrise, carried the Mapo-si into one ton; and (c) Defendants transferred the Mapo-si into and out one ton of 1 ton of 1 ton of 1 ton of 200 to 200 to 200 to 20 to 5 tons of Hapo-si;

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. At around 01:00 on March 18, 2013, the Defendants stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 21,160,000, market price of the said K-owned in light of the same method as the description in the preceding paragraph, the Defendants stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 21,30,000, market price of KRW 21,160,000.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
