A From June 20, 2014 to September 8, 2015, “D” was operated by Socheon-gun C, and thereafter, “B” installed wastewater discharge facilities, and thereby engaged in the textile salt processing business, “Defendant B” is a corporation established for the purpose of textile salt processing, manufacturing, and so on.

Any person who intends to install wastewater discharge facilities shall obtain permission from or report to the competent authorities.

1. Defendant A did not report to the competent authorities, and installed and operated the high pressure and high pressure 12 chromosomes, which are wastewater discharge facilities, at the aforementioned D and B factories from June 20, 2014 to March 20, 2017.

2. In relation to the Defendant’s business, the Defendant Company B, the representative director of the Defendant, set up and operated a high pressure and high pressure 12 equipment without reporting to the competent authority, as described in paragraph (1).
