Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on July 24, 2018, 2018; (b) around 50, Dong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, where the victim D lost, e bank debit cards 1; (c) F bank bank debit cards 1; (d) company bank debit cards 1; and (e) cash 20,000 won; and (e) did not take necessary procedures, such as acquiring 1,000 won of the market price; and (e) returned her idea to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On July 22, 2018, from around 00:00 to around 01:00, the Defendant discovered a double cover of the victim G placed on his/her seat at the terminal waiting room of the Seoul High Bus Terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, as a result of the distribution of new shares, from the point of view of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) to around 01:00, one 280,000 won at the market price of the H card owned by the victim, one copy of the credit card, one credit card, one driver's license, one one copy of the driver's license, one registration certificate, one USD 2,000,000,000 won in cash, etc.
