The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 11:30 on July 25, 2019, the Defendant attempted to break up the complaints against the victim D (the age of 25) in front of the “C” located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul. Around July 25, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s right hand at KRW 7-8 times.
