A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of Korea on November 19, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 27, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. Around January 27, 2013, the Defendant and B violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) opened and intruded the above restaurant entrance in hand, which was not corrected to solve board and lodging, at the “E” restaurant managed by the victim D, located in the second floor of the window C Building at Changwon-si, and around 18:00 on January 27, 2013. Accordingly, the Defendant and B invaded into another’s structure jointly.

2. On January 29, 2013, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) opened the above entrance and entered the office with the office of F private teaching institutes located in the third floor of the building C in Changwon-si; (b) B opened the network and colors money and goods to be stolen; and (c) the Defendant found the victim G-owned market price located adjacent to the book, including the victim G, consisting of the following: (a) the victim G, who was located adjacent to the book, one digital camera; and (b) the head of the Tong and the head of the Tong, and the head of the Tong and his seal impression.

As a result, the defendant and B stolen the victim's property together.
