Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2013, at around 07:46, the Defendant driven C Bus and proceeded along the four-lanes of the above road as an access road to the Gyeongdo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at the right side of the road from the southwest-dong, 397, to the intersection of the Hannam-do-dong, the Defendant, despite the duty of care to safely drive the road and prevent an accident by safe driving the road at the right side and the right side of the road in advance, the Defendant neglected the duty of care to prevent the accident. However, the Defendant, while driving the bus at around the left side of the bus operated by the Defendant, caused the victim’s death from the two parts of the bus at the right side of the running direction.
