Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 03:47 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant was driving a CSS7 car, and the Defendant was driving at a speed of about 60 km at the speed of 50 km in accordance with the speed of 20 km from the right side of the said road at the time of night to the right side of the road from the right side of the luminous intersection, Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
