Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 16:00 on October 24, 2013, the Defendant appeared and testified as a witness of the service payment lawsuit between the Plaintiff (No. 2013Da3876) and the Defendant C Co., Ltd. (Representative D) at the Seoul Western District Court’s 306 room located in 174 as Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant gave testimony against his memory as follows.
1. The Defendant did not have any fact that he received a written estimate from E, nor received a written estimate from E, and the Defendant directly introduced the Plaintiff to E.

2. The Defendant received a written estimate from E, and provided that the price was not the owner of the printing work at the first highest business entity. The Defendant introduced the Plaintiff to E, thereby allowing the Plaintiff to perform the printing work.
