Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants B, D, and E shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and each of the defendants C shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of opening a gambling space at the Seoul Central District Court around December 16, 2016, and the decision was finalized around October 24 of the same month. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court around January 18, 2017, and the decision became final and conclusive around September 26 of the same month. Defendant E was sentenced to three years for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court around September 1, 2016 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act at around November 11, 2016.

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
