A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 10, 2016.
[2017 Highest 4051] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant shall:
