A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who again refused the request of the Defendant from the victim B (the family name, the 27 years of age), was sexually sexually sexually sexually related to the previous victim, was in possession of a video image that taken the face of sexual intercourse with the previous victim, demanded the victim to have sexual intercourse, etc., and, if the Defendant did not respond to the demand of the Defendant, had the victim expressed the same attitude to give any disadvantage to the victim’s personal affairs.

At around 22:30 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant continued to engage in sexual intercourse with the victim at “E hotel” located in Ssung City D, on the same day, after suppressing the victim’s resistance and 23:00 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant continued to have committed sexual intercourse with the victim at the victim’s meeting the Defendant’s demand, stating that “I would delete the video with sexual intercourse.”
B. On May 25, 2019, at around 02:22, the Defendant, as indicated in the above “G hotel” H of “G hotel F” in the said “A”, expressed the attitude that “I would like to have a disadvantage in the victim’s personal affairs, such as “I capture the past sexually related video images recorded on the Internet website and send them to the victim’s parents and employees,” and had sexual intercourse with the victim once.
2. On May 26, 2019, the Defendant who attempted to go through the bus stops in front of the Suwon Station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si on May 26, 2019, in which “at least 20 persons possess the images of the past sex relation,” and either 20 million won or video is granted within three days.
