Punishment of the crime

On August 23:20, 2017, around 23:20, the Defendant driven a B-owned vehicle with approximately 400 meters distance from around 63 buildings in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the south of 128 and the south of Mapo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with alcohol content of about 0.086% during blood.
