Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the former president of the Korean Public Official Workers' Union.

50 organizations, such as the National Public Official Workers' Union, the Korean Teachers' Union, the National Teachers' Union, the Korean Teachers' Union, the Korean Federation of Teachers' Organizations, and the Joint Countermeasure Committee for the Improvement of Private School Pension System, etc. criticizes that the government unilaterally promoted a plan for the public official pension reform without sufficient discussions even though they have a significant impact on the public official's old candidate and right to life in the future. The government launched the "Joint Campaign Headquarters for the Prevention of Invitation of Public Pension" (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Contribution Plan"), and March 26, 2014.
