Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 15:40 on January 29, 2014, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim’s victim D by asserting that the windsle car driven by the victim D had shocked the Defendant’s pedago B in front of “G” in the F market located in Cheongju-si, U.S., and that the victim’s 20 pedagos, among the 20 pedagors, expressed that “the victim is a baby with a baby and a driver-driving car and grow up.”

B. Defendant B, at around 16:00 on the same day as the above 1-A and at around 16:00, at the same place as the above 1-A, the Defendant: (a) was to arrest a flagrant offender due to the Defendant’s insult A, the police officer of the Cheongju Police Station I District; (b) was to arrest a flagrant offender on the ground of the Defendant’s insult as the foregoing 1-B; and (c) the police officer of the Cheongju Police Station, the head of the police station; and (d) prevented the police officer of the said I District; and (d) the Defendant

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and suppression of police officers.
