Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim the victim 2 Aphone X 2 (the ex-factory price per 1,57,600 won) in the name of the victim on the same day, and obtained from the victim 4,672,80 won in total from the victim 3 of Aphone X in the name of the victim on May 22, 2018, and acquired the victim 52,958,400 won in total from July 7, 2018.
