A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment at the Gwangju District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and is currently under suspended sentence, which became final and conclusive on November 22, 2019.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;

A. At around 05:10 on August 27, 2020, the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On August 27, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 05:10 on August 27, 2020, and led to a two-lane road in front of the two-lanes located in Gwangju Northern-ro 203, a two-lane road in front of the two-lanes in the two-lanes, a speed of about 60km in the direction of the mountain.

B. On August 27, 2020, the Defendant driving the said car at around 05:15 on August 27, 2020 without obtaining a driving license on August 27, 2020, and driving the said car at around four-lanes in front of the Friju station in Gwangju Northern-gu E, and driving it at the seat of the bank.
