A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from 1 to 5, and 8 through 16.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2018, the Defendant made an Internet site, such as “H,” which pretended to the illegal gambling site, and purchased the means of access to another person’s account, such as the list of members of other illegal gambling sites, the list of other persons to transmit text messages, and the IB to collect money by fraud, and subsequently, G operated the Internet site made in the office located in the Philippines, and G sent a text message to the above members on the above list by using the above conviction, stating that “h New Trob, which resulted in a change in connection with the winning in KRW 500,00,00,00,000,000,000 won,” and the reported person had no intent to exchange the winning money through the above site’s instructions, and the Defendant conspiredd the victims to receive money by withdrawing the money deposited in the above account, such as the KAB, from the victims in the Republic of Korea.

Around December 8, 2018, the Defendant conspired with G to send text messages to the victim J to the “H” website, and then, the Defendant, through the notice tool of the website, by deceiving J as if he first deposited money, and then by deceiving the said J to receive KRW 80,000 from the said J to the corporate bank account in the name of the L-A-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-C-B-B-B-B-B-B
