1. The defendant shall pay 22,640,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 7, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff, a company established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of fishery products, has supplied and sold fishery products, such as stores, through B, a company with the same business relationship.
B. The Defendant jointly operates “D” and “E” with C in a de facto marital relationship with C.
C. From July 22, 2013 to January 20, 2014, the Plaintiff supplied and sold to the said “D” or “E” through the said “D” or “E” a large amount of KRW 60,090,000, as indicated in the following table.
