The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant in the facts charged in this case is a person using AdiB from the website (State: Africa: htp://afrec.com) and the complainant is a person who runs the Internet Personal Broadcasting Program “C” from the above African TV.

On November 30, 2013, the Defendant publicly insulting the complainant by inserting the phrase “A” in the broadcast reception room jointly owned by other viewers while viewing “C,” which is in the course of viewing “C,” the complainant’s house No. 406, 1404, Dong 1404, the Defendant’s house.
