1. The Plaintiff, and ① Defendant B, from August 15, 2013, with respect to KRW 300,000 and its amount, ② Defendant C, with respect to KRW 500,00 and its amount.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From January 2007, the Plaintiff is running a personal broadcast (hereinafter “instant broadcast”) called “G” as referred to in title G (H: H) from Africa TV (www.Afrecicom) to “F,” which is a Internet personal broadcast site, from around January 2007, and the following B.

A. The members of the African TV in the name of the Defendants are made in Africa as shown in the table of each paragraph.

B. During the instant broadcast, a number of unspecified viewers were posted each of the following texts (hereinafter referred to as the “each of the instant posts”) in the Africa in which they reported by the Defendants, (i) the Africa TV members registered in the name of the Defendants, and (ii) the subscription of the Africa members registered in the name of the Defendant B was made using the Defendant B’s date of birth in the name of the Defendant B, and (iii) the subscription of the Africa members registered in the name of the Defendant C was made using the Africa members registered in the name of the Defendant B (it is unclear who was made by the Defendant B’s ID), and (iv) the subscription of the Africa members registered in the name of the Defendant C was made using the date of birth in the name of the Defendant C, a minor son of the Defendant C (second grade 2 at that time).
