1. The plaintiff

A. Defendant D shall issue an order to the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. The Defendants jointly do so from October 14, 2016.

1. In full view of the following facts: (a) the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C on May 5, 2016 with the term of lease from May 13, 2016 to May 12, 2017 (12 months), (b) the deposit amount of two million won, and (c) the monthly rent of 300,000 won (in advance on May 13, 2017), and the lessee entered into the lease agreement with Defendant C on May 5, 2016; (b) the lessor may immediately terminate the lease; (c) the Defendants agreed that the lease agreement may be terminated; (d) the Plaintiff did not pay the rent of 2 million won and the rent of 2 million won from October 2016 to September 2016 to the Plaintiff; and (d) the Plaintiff expressed his/her intent to terminate the lease agreement to each of the above Defendant C on the grounds that the lease agreement was terminated.

According to the above facts, the above lease contract was lawfully terminated by the plaintiff's declaration of termination on the ground of the non-payment of rent of more than two years by the defendant C.

As such, Defendant C is obligated to pay the amount calculated by the ratio of KRW 300,000 per month, which is the amount equivalent to the agreed rent, from October 14, 2016 to the date of the order of the real estate name stated in the attached Form, to the lessor, as a lessee of the above lease agreement, for the damages equivalent to the overdue rent or the amount of the rent.

2. Claim against Defendant D

(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the claims;

(b) Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
