1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants: Interference with the performance of official duties of the 2015 Height657, and obstruction of performance of official duties;

A. 2. Defendant B’s sole crime

A. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed fraud and interference with business of 2015, the Defendant, on May 1, 2015, the Defendant: (b) by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any means of payment, such as cash, and, (c) received the said victim’s instant victim who demanded the payment of the drinking value at a time and place under paragraph (1) and received the said victim’s alcohol and alcohol amounting to KRW 48,00 in the market price, as he did not pay the drinking value because he did not have any means of payment, such as cash, etc.; and (d) obstructed customers in the restaurant.
