Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are pro-friendly persons between men and women.

1. On May 29, 2015, at around 23:25, the Defendants: (a) drinked alcohol at the main point of “F for the operation of the victim E in the Suwon-si flood area D”; (b) Defendant A provided that the above main toilets do not easily open to the victim; (c) Defendant B her dumpeded the bump on the floor of the above main line and dump to other customers; and (d) Defendant A dumpeded the bump by putting the bump on the floor of the said table and dump on the upper floor; and (c) Defendant A dump dumpeded by placing the bump on the upper floor of the above main line to the beer’s clothes; and (d) dumpeding the bump with the bump and the bump on the floor of the surrounding customers.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's main operation by force.

2. The obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) at the time and time set forth in paragraphs (1) and (1); (b) at the main female toilet set forth in paragraph (1); (c) at the police station set forth in paragraph (1) and the police station set forth in paragraph (1); (d) at the police station set 112, the police officer I’s eyes and knife the Habbbs of the police officer I who reads the Habs and Babs of the police officer, who was called out, and Defendant B tried to arrest Defendant B as a flagrant offender at the above main station set forth in the crime of interference with business; and (e) the above I’s bridge part was flicked several times.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the 112 report processing by police officers and the lawful execution of duties related to the arrest of flagrant offenders.
