Criminal facts

On August 10, 2013, between around 22:00 and 23:00, the Defendant approaching the bus stops in front of the “Yandong post office” located in the Pyeongtaek-dong, Gwangju Mine-gu, and visited the victim C (the 15-year old age), waiting for buses, and called “to leave a taxi.
