A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The point of arranging the transfer of means of access;

B. Around September 2015, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around September 2015, I wish to arrange for the transfer of the passbook to D.

around that time, the Defendant called I and sent passbook, cash card, and OTP card to the modern department store located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. Accordingly, I sent the passbook, cash card, and OTP card under J’s name to the above place through Kwikset service article, so that I sent the passbook, cash card, and OTP card under J’s name to the above place, and then received KRW 50,000 from D as the price.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the transfer of the means of access used in electronic financial transactions.

C. Around December 2015, the Defendant called to I and sent two passbooks, cash cards, and OTP cards to the places specified in the foregoing Paragraph (b) as the place designated by D’s promise. Accordingly, I sent the passbook, cash cards, and OTP cards to the above places through the name-unkwikset service article.
