Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, at around 13:13:20, the Defendant driven a hurfed vehicle B, and proceeded at a speed of about 30 km at a speed of e-mail along the e-mail front of the Gwangjinyang-Eup, in light of one way from the direction of the Gwangjinyang-Eup to the Gwangjinyang-Eup.

Since there is a center line of yellow-ray, there was a duty of care to pass along the right side of the road to a person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went along the left side of the road to the left side of the road, and received the front part of the DDama Cor which was driven by the injured party C (the aged 33) who was frighted with the center line due to the negligence, as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim C to suffer injury, such as the main body part of the right-hand pelpel and the snow pelpel in need of approximately seven weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence, and the victim E (here, 24 years of age) who boarded the Defendant’s vehicle, respectively, due to the victim E (here, 24 years of age) who was on board the Defendant’s vehicle.
