Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one may install, display, or distribute advertising balloons, signboard, placard, advertising balloon, advertising balloon, other advertising material or facilities, in order to influence the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day. Since the election of the 20 National Assembly members was scheduled on April 13, 2016, the above act shall not be conducted from October 15, 2015, which was 180 days before the election day to the election day.

On the other hand, the election district of the 19th National Assembly member in the Pyeongtaek-si C election district consists of " Pyeongtaek-si J, K, L, M, G, N,O, P, Q, R, and S".

D elected as the 19th National Assembly member in Korea is expected to run for the election of the 20th National Assembly member unless there are special circumstances.

From November 4, 2015 to November 5, 2015, the Defendant posted 16 banners (500cm wide x 90cm wide x ) with the content that “D Council members, who are members of Pyeongtaek-si, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu, and who are members of the Gu, who are members of the Gu.”

Accordingly, the defendant posted 16 banners to influence the election.
